CAMS Skips blank space on Parts Feeder (PF) plate

The customers machine was acting as if the magnetic sensor on the PF plate was a stone.  Two things can make this happen.  If the top gun assembly has a clog that is higher then the P1 value of the Vacuum Sensor then it will always think it has a stone.  That was not the case here.  It would skip blank slots on the PF plate properly.  I had the customer go to System->M Part->Gun and had her move the gun over the PF plate.  When we brought the gun nozzle down, it was hitting the magnetic sensor.  This would cause the machine to think it had a stone because when the vacuum turns on to pick up a stone it is already being restricted.  If the vacuum value reads higher then the P1 value set in the vacuum sensor then the machine would act like the magnetic sensor is a stone.  To fix this I had the customer raise the gun rod.  To do this the customer needed to take out the top gun centering screw, disconnect the tubing from the elbow joint, and loosen the gun rod nut.  The nut determines the height of the gun rod.  Once you loosen the nut, you can twist the gun rod up and then tighten the nut down and replace centering screw and tubing.
The gap between the gun nozzle and the PF plate should be about the width of a business card.
After the customer did this the machine skipped the sensor and did not recognize it as a stone.
